Fantastic day in Aci Trezza!!! It is a little town that lies by the sea near Catania… (Sicily Island) I meet a wonderful sunny day so i decide to go to tan!!!well i get tan very quickly so with next 2 times i will be ready for the new summer season…

Since 16 March im working in an Hotel on Etna Volcano. An interesting experience, with interesting people…I will not talk about they but i want say something of they; there are the “Seba’s Angels”, why only Charly can have angels?!?so i also want they…there are Manuela, Marilena and Patricia. I work very well with this girls, because they are good girls, then there are Davide, Claudio (was with me at university) and Mario. Im trying to understand their character but i can say that I understood something about the girls that work with me, because i stay a lot of time with this girls.
About my job, it is especially front office, i like talk with foreign people, here is full of Germans and English. If i say the true I have little problems to understand english people, probably because they are of mother tongue, but in general I can understand.
With an old german lady i stay closed in a lift. I decide to ented there because she cant walk so remembering about my volontaree service in a misericordia i decide to go with the old german….i remember that this woman always sayied me “kaput, Kaput” when lift didn’t go and i thought…noooooooo silent old…silent old…shut up!!!(of course all in sicilian).
Another interesting situation was during my night service. I tryied to sleep when at 3.30 AM an old German man wake me because he had a problem in his room…a bad sound (was the frigobar). he sayied me to go with him in the room and i find his wife in the bed!!!…an old german woman in a bed that saw me…and the man saiyed me to stay near his wife…and i saiyed “Hallo…, and Miss!!!, and I show my smile”, and she continued to look me…a bad night!!!
Another misadvenure that i have in my mind is when Manuela sayied me “if 2 Germans don’t call you must go to take their to Rifugio Citelli. My answer…”Ma unni spakkio iè u Rifugio Citelli?” (folkloristic sicilian sentence for say where is it? ). Well the Germans didn’t call so i go to take they. so with the Sebamobile I went….i never did this street; very characteristic zone, with an extraordinary panorama, I understand why etna is considered have a moon view, lava’s rocks, old trees….FANTASTIC.
Well i arrived to Rifugio CItelli (1742 mt of hight by the sea). I foud the mens that were drinking beer and the rifugo was closed. One of they talked english so sayed me if I can came in the sebamobile with beer but i explain that no was good because the street was all curves, i also have near my antheft or as sayed me one time a great frend alias Maresciallo Mascolo after use it against 6 boys that was bad with him…”this is my cousis”…you are welcome!!!.
Well after 4 pics we tryied to return in hotel. We saw and only car..a jeep…i foud it when i had a stop but driving as catania’s man and looked that jeep was stoppind i didnt stop and continues for my street, German sayed me…”in Germany is a little different”, and I thought now as i can explain it in english, as can i explain that in catania is normal, or if you dont do it, you are a crazy and stupid ….
Then he sayed me something about my car…about the sebamobile…he sayed me doing the “sborrone” or man that talk, but cant do it….Can this car arrive to Germany….my ask: Beddu (typical sicilian word for mean beautiful, but also friend, or a classic AU tu) my car can arrive to Germany, i don’t know if it can arrive to Denmark, but of course to Germany, so…..

Come primo articolo ho deciso un avvenimento storico. Domenica 01/03/2009 si è assistito a Palermo – Catania 0-4; una vittoria perentoria allo Stadio  La Favorita di Palermo contri i cugini rivali rosanero, una vittoria storica per noi Etnei, una vittoria che si attendeva da 16 anni, dallo 0-2 firmato Cipriani e Palmisano.

E’ stata la vittoria dei giocatori, dello staff tecnico, della società, ma anche la vittoria di una città intera. I tifosi Etnei non erano presenti sugli spalti ma i rossoazzurri scesi in campo sapevano che con il cuore non erano in 11 in campo ma che c’era un intero popolo a sostenerli.

Per la cronaca, a mio avviso, il Palermo il derby lo ha perso nella preparazione della stessa, non mi riferisco alle dichiarazioni di presunta superiorità espressa verbalmente dai giocatori rosanero nella settimana antecedente il derby, ma al modo di impostare la partita; giocatori scesi in campo con troppa foga, troppa pressione accumulata addosso che si è trasformata in un boomerang difatti al primo intervento c’è stata un ammonizione per Simplicio e subito dopo che il Catania era passato in vantaggio, si è avuto il rosso per un entrata cattiva dell’australiano Bresciano ai danni del nipponico Morimoto.

Oltre al gol di Morimoto (il secondo) il Catania ha segnato con Ledesma, Mascara e Paolucci, quest’ultimo entrato a partita iniziata al posto del giapponese infortunato.

Un commento a parte meritano Bizzarri che con degli interventi fantastici ha reso inviolata la porta catanese e  Giuseppe Mascara; il calciatore originario di Caltagirone è stato artefice di un gol a dir poco strepitoso; un gol al volo da centrocampo che ha battuto il vice portiere della Nazionale Amelia…un gol che ha già fatto il giro del mondo…

Da notare le parole di Mascara in conferenza stampa, alla domanda qualche dedica per il gol?!? “Dedica, a nessuno, quando ci ho perso per 5-0 su quello stesso campo, nessuno ha avuto parole per me”
